Recent developments in the field of reactive compatibilization of polymer blends prepared by melt processing focus on the addition of low molecular weight compounds. This work deals with in situ compatibilization through the formation of graft or crosslinked copolymers at the interface. Mixtures of semicrystalline hydrocarbon polymers have been subjected to free radical reactivity, in a co-rotating twin screw extruder (ZSK 30) in a single step. The particular system, high density polyethylene and polyamide 6, was blended in the presence of a peroxide and a reactive bifunctional monomer, maleic anhydride. Because of a combined effect, the reaction appears to occur mainly at the interface, where the resulting grafted copolymer acts as an anchor for the final stabilization of the biphasic system. Different analytical techniques, such as differential scanning calorimetry, scanning electron microscopy and tensile testing, helped in characterizing the resulting blends and confirmed the high level of interfacial grafting and the expected improvement in mechanical properties.  相似文献

Divinylbenzene-80 (DVB-80) and polar monomer acrylic acid (AA) having hydrogen bonding at a total monomer loading of 5 vol% were precipitated-copolymerized in a variety of organic solvents with 2,2'-azobis(isobutyronitrile) (AIBN) as initiator. The experiments were investigated from a two-dimensional matrix, i.e., the actual crosslinking degree of DVB varying from 0 to 80% and the solvent composition varying from 0 to 100% of toluene mixture with acetonitrile, when the mixture of acetonitrile and toluene was used as the reaction solvent. Under various reaction conditions, six distinct morphologies including soluble polymers, swellable microgels, coagulum, irregular microparticles, and nano-/micrometer microspheres were formed and the structures of these polymer architectures were described. A morphological map was utilized to discuss the effects of both crosslinking degree of DVB and composition of solvent on the transitions between morphology domains. The results demonstrated that the microspheres are formed by an internal contraction due to the marginal solvency of the continuous phase and the crosslinking of the polymer network through the covalent bonding from DVB as well as the interchain hydrogen-bonding between the carboxylic acid units.  相似文献

基于近红外光谱技术与化学计量学方法,建立了一种国内外不同品牌维生素C片的无损鉴别方法。采集了国内外8个品牌的维生素C片共计40个样本的近红外光谱数据,比较了完整样品以及粉末样品的近红外光谱,采用连续小波变换技术消除背景干扰和基线漂移,基于标准偏差与相对标准偏差的变量筛选方法筛选出具有代表性的波数点,结合主成分分析方法对国内外不同品牌维生素C片进行鉴别分析。结果表明:原始光谱存在着明显的背景干扰和基线漂移现象,且粉末样品的重现性要优于完整样品;单纯使用原始光谱无法辨别来自不同品牌的维生素C片;连续小波变换可以有效消除背景干扰,提高模型鉴别能力;完整样品的鉴别准确率优于粉末样品,说明国内外不同品牌维生素C片主要成分基本一致,可能是辅剂和工艺上存在细微差异。通过结合近红外光谱分析技术与化学计量学方法,可实现对国产以及进口不同品牌维生素C片的鉴别分析。  相似文献

Stereoblock poly(lactic acid) consisting of D- and L-lactate stereosequences can be successfully synthesized by solid-state polycondensation of a 1:1 mixture of poly(L-lactic acid) and poly(D-lactic acid). In the first step, melt-polycondensation of L- and D-lactic acids is conducted to synthesize poly(L-lactic acid) and poly(D-lactic acid) with a medium-molecular-weight, respectively. In the next step, these poly(L-lactic acid) and poly(D-lactic acid) are melt-blended in 1:1 ratio to allow formation of their stereocomplex. In the last step, this melt-blend is subjected to solid-state polycondensation at temperature where the dehydrative condensation is allowed to promote chain extension in the amorphous phase with the stereocomplex crystals preserved. Finally, stereoblock poly(lactic acid) having high-molecular-weight is obtained. The stereoblock poly(lactic acid) synthesized by this way shows a higher melting temperature in consequence of the controlled block lengths and the resulting higher-molecular-weight. The product characterization as well as the optimization of the polymerization conditions is described. This paper is concerned with optimal control problems of Mayer and Bolza type for systems governed by a semilinear state equationx(t)=Ax(t) + f(t, x(t), u(t)), u(t) U, whereA is the infinitesimal generator of a strongly continuous semigroup in a Banach spaceX. We prove necessary and sufficient conditions for optimality and then use these conditions to investigate properties of the value function related to superdifferentials. The mutual influence of the atoms on the composition of solid fluorine-containing antimony(iii) complexes formed in aqueous solutions in the (MF) x −(M′F) n−x −SbF3 (M, M′=Na, K, Rb, Cs, and NH4;n=1, 2;x=0 to 2), (KNO2) n −(KY) n −SbF3 (Y=F, Cl, SO4;n=0.5, 1), and K2SbF5−K2SbCl5 systems was investigated by elemental, X-ray, and thermogravimetric analyses and by IR and121,123Sb NQR spectroscopy. The isomorphism conditions for fluorine-containing antimony(iii) compounds resulting in the formation of complexes NaM′SbF5·1.5H2O (M′=K and Rb), K2SbF5·1.5H2O, NaCs3Sb4F16·H2O, KsbF3Cl, K2SbF2Cl3 with constant compositions, continuous M x M′2−x SbF5 (0<x<2) and limited M x M′1−x SbF4 (0.25<x<0.75; M, M′=K, Rb, Cs, and NH4) solid solutions or LiF+MSbF4 (M=Na, K, Rb, and Cs), M2SbF5+Cs2SbF5 (M=Na and K) and MSbF4+NaSbF4 (M=Rb and NH4) mechanical mixtures were determined. Citric acid is finding new areas of use each year and the demand for the acid is constantly increasing. Being a bulk chemical, the continuous production of citric acid would be advantageous. The paper presents the results from ammonia limited batch and continuous fermentations using the yeast strainSaccharomycopsis (Candida) lipolytica (NRRL Y-7576). Mathematical models were developed for growth and glucose utilization in batch and continuous culture. Cell and acid yields appeared to be almost the same in batch and continuous culture. The specific production rates were found to be constant, equal to 0.053 g/g h, in the batch fermentations but varied in the continuous experiments from 0 to 0.11 g/g h depending on the fermentation conditions. Continuous production in a single stage CSTR was studied for over 1,000 hours without shutdown.  相似文献

In order to prove up the interaction between konjac glucomannan (KGM) and other amyloses, by using KGM, guaran gum and carrageenan as materials, their blending in different external conditions was modeled by means of molecular dynamics (MD) method. The result showed that 323 K was a significant turning point for the formation of hydrogen bond, and KGM and guaran gum were just juxtaposed together via intermolecular hydrogen bond; but with the addition of carrageenan, KGM, guaran gum and carrageenan were spirally twisted together, and when their blending proportion is 3:2:9 the combination was the most compact. Moreover, the research result has provided the sequent studies afterwards on amyloses with some references.  相似文献

Mg-Al spinel is synthesized by using industrial waste-residue and basic magnesium carbonate in the aluminum factory as the main raw materials. The influence of V2O5 and Fe2O3 mineralizers on the structure, cell parameters and microscopic morphology of synthesized Mg-Al spinel has been discussed. The Mg-Al spinel is characterized by using XRD, SEM and relevant analytical software, such as Philips plus, Rietveld quantification and so on. The experimental results show that certain amounts of V2O5 and Fe2O3 are beneficial to the formation of Mg-Al spinel, and the optimum addition of V2O5 and Fe2O3 is respectively 2wt% and 3wt%. V2O5 has few effects on cell parameters of Mg-Al spinel; but Fe2O3 can form solid solution with Mg-Al spinel in which Mg-Fe spinel can also dissolve to form continuous solid solution. Therefore, with the increase of Fe2O3 content, the cell parameters of Mg-Al approximately present linear increase.  相似文献
